Refund policy for this trip
- In order to reserve your spot, monthly payments following the deposit would begin by October 20, 2019.
- If cancelling before November 1, 2019, you receive a refund for what you have paid minus the security deposit ($175 for Costa Rica Service Learning Tour).
- If cancelling Nov 2, 2019 – January 1, 2020, you receive a refund for what you have paid minus $300.
- If cancelling January 2-March 1, 2020, you receive a refund for what you have paid minus $500.
- If cancelling March 2 – May 1, you receive a refund for what you have paid minus $1,000.
- If cancelling on or after May 2, the trip is non-refundable.
* Departure can be three days before or three days after the target date. Final dates will be determined by January 1, 2020
