REFUND POLICY FOR THIS TRIP
- In order to reserve your spot, monthly payments following the deposit would begin by April 1, 2020.
- If cancelling before Aug 1, 2020, you receive a refund for what you have paid minus the security deposit
- If cancelling Aug 2, 2020 – Nov 1, 2020, you receive a refund for what you have paid minus $300.
- If cancelling nov 2-Jan 1, 2021, you receive a refund for what you have paid minus $500.
- If cancelling Jan 2 – Feb 1, you receive a refund for what you have paid minus $1,000.
- If cancelling on or after Feb 2, the trip is non-refundable.
* Departure can be three days before or three days after the target date. Final dates will be determined by January 1, 2021.
